This tiny place was about the only thing open on a frigidly cold day in February, so it was full when we got there. But we waited only a few minutes until a table was available. I had the jarret of pork (also known as a ham hock or pig knuckle) which was very good. My wife the had baeckoeffe (a stew of mixed meats and vegetables) which she enjoyed very much. Service was quick, efficient, and cheerful.

Kaysersberg has been voted the prettiest village in France and it's easy to see why. The (oddly named) Inca is on the quiet main pedestrian street and the outside seating overlooks the impressive Germanic Hotel de Ville. We enjoyed a breakfast of coffee and ham/cheese tartes flambées. Friendly efficient service and the bill for two was a reasonable €12.80.

A real family run little place. Seemed like mum and dad taking orders and bringing drinks and their daughter making the crepes and Flammenkuchen We shared the traditional Flammenkuchen with bacon, onions and sour cream and it was excellent. Washed down with a local brew not a bad snack option. Service friendly and swift
