On August 5, 2022, I scheduled an appointment solely to browse frames. However, I received at least five text messages and three emails detailing the office policy, which required me to wear a mask and call upon my arrival in the parking lot. Additionally, they have a $45 cancellation fee if you don't provide 24 hours' notice, which I find excessive. I understand that COVID-19 is still a concern, but it feels a bit over the top.
Dr. Ng and his staff are attentive and responsive, delivering excellent customer service. During my eye exam, I received quality care as Dr. Ng focused on finding the best contacts and prescription for me. They have a great selection of frames ranging from mid to high-end, including a wide variety of Maui Jim options. Overall, I would rate this doctor and his team with five stars.

The time and patience the staff had while my kid picked out frames was SO APPRECIATED! It can be so hard to pick what's going to be on your face for a year or longer, especially when you're a teenager, and we never felt rushed at all! Dr. Ng is also professional and friendly and I'm so glad we chose InSight several years ago!

Been going to this optometry for a decade and missed one appointment and the charge was $35. Other places you are allowed to miss one appointment and next is a charge. Selection of frames is basic that cater to the general area.
