Good, not great. Heard so many good things about this place in the Miyako hotel. Made a reservation for lunch on a weekday. I got seated fast since it was just a party of one. Seemed like a popular Japanese business hangout and the inside ambience looked nice. Seems like the hotel is frequented by Japanese airline crews since I saw a few departing the hotel. Got a special seasonal bento that had salad, soup and a rice bowl with uni, tuna and Ikura. The salad came out first which was good with the standard Japanese dressing. During my stay at the hotel, I visited Ise-Shima and had a wonderful experience. Although it’s on the pricey side, the authenticity of the place truly reminded me of dining in Tokyo. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The sashimi was particularly delicious, and the quality of the rice, mushrooms, ginger, and fish roe was impressive. Enjoying it all with a beer made for a delightful Sunday night dinner. This restaurant is a perfect spot for a special meal, and the fact that all the staff are Japanese enhances the authentic atmosphere. Three of us went for dinner. The server seemed not aware of the “Sunday Funday $10 Premium Champaign” deal and had to go in the back to confirm its existence. We ordered the sashimi assortment, a rainbow roll, caterpillar roll, negihama roll, karaage, and agedashi tofu. They were out of the oysters and ankimo which was a let down. None of the food had a wow factor. The place was nearly empty at 7:30 on Sunday night. The wine we ordered was good but I don’t think the deal of “Champaign” was actually Champaign, think it was sparkling wine. The server wasn’t attentive. At the end, it wasn’t worth $250.
I really enjoy the Ise-Shima Combination Bento, which is delicious. My brother and sister also loved the Hinamatsuri Bento Special that we had last month. Fun fact: Hinamatsuri is celebrated as Girl's Day in Japan! The Ise-Shima restaurant is located inside the Miyako Hybrid Hotel. They offer a variety of great meals, including salads, sandwiches, bentos, curry, and sushi! I highly recommend visiting this place for either lunch or dinner!

I'm def a fan of this place. Good ambient and good service. Makes me feel like I am back in Japan: the patio is relaxing and spacious. We got lunch combination bento (sashimi and pork cutlet and minazuki gozen. There wasn't a single item I did not like. It's a little pricy but I'd go again for sure:
I ordered the seasonal gozen, while my partner had the muso black cod. Both dishes came on the black plate, but they didn't meet our expectations. The fish tasted very strong and lacked sweetness, leaving a poor aftertaste. Perhaps it was just an off day, but we’ve decided not to return.
I had a wonderful lunch here! I ordered the sushi bento and it was excellent. The tempura was cooked to perfection, and the nigiri was delicious as well. My friend tried the Uni/Ikura bowl, and we both finished every last bite. Overall, I’d rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
The food was great and priced reasonably. The ambience is perfect. The place was almost full, but people were respectful of others and kept their conversations low. Aside from a minor mixed up with the drinks, everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back

The restaurant said that they did not receive my request for a booth from your App. They also did not relocate us even though the booth was available for the duration of our visit.
All of our food selections were fantastic—I’ve never tasted sashimi this fresh before!
