Overall, my experience was pretty straightforward. The only thing to mention is that their suit dry cleaning service is managed by a different facility or a third party. In my case, it took two days to get my suit ready. What I appreciated about this service was that they send text messages to update you on the status of your dry cleaning.
Started using their service after my previous dry cleaner closed its doors. Much care goes into the handling and caring for of the laundry/clothing that they receive. I love the TXT message notifications when the order is ready for pickup, and the cost of the service up front. Five stars! Keep up the great work ?
