Don't go. No food handling practices observed. Staff prep and cooking the food were checking on their cell phones in plain sight of customers while cooking or wrapping; did not concern themselves of washing, sanitizing or gloving after touching cell phones.One even left the station completely to take a call leaving the order items unfinished unpacked. This all in plain view offront counter customers and the supervisor/manager on the front counter. If I was a health inspector, there would of been 5serious violations in the length of time I was there which was overly long 25 minutes with the staffs not paying attention toorders.

I work for doordash and on multiple occasions I've had to cancel orders because the drive thru is blocked off with cones and even if i approach the window no one answers its obvious someone is there as there is multiple cars parked by the window and alllights are still on. Not only does it waste my gas and makes me loose money, my customer's order gets cancels and they have todeal with the inconvenience.
The tacos are absolutely phenomenal, and that's worth mentioning! However, I always feel rushed, as if I’m interrupting the staff, even when the place is empty. I work right on the street, so I don’t think I’m causing any disturbances, but this has been my experience every single time I visit.

The staff was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. I visited during the Renaissance Fair, and the food and drinks were absolutely top-notch—definitely a 10 out of 10!
The food was hot and fresh but the order was wrong. Didn?t notice until we had left. It is jack in the box so the quality is what you would expect from a fast food place.

Some days the food is good and some days it isn't. I recommend you always ask for fresh fries because I always get stale cold fries that just end up in the trash.
