The staff here were very unprofessional. The posted hours say the lobby is open until 10 PM, but when I arrived at 8:35, the doors were locked. They just mouthed that they were closed. I walked all the way here to get food, and it was clear they weren’t actually closed. I tried ordering through the drive-thru mic with no response. When I approached the window to place an order, they told me they didn’t have enough staff and were closed. Since I didn’t have a car, they refused to take my order.
