So first I ordered a loaded curly frog with other things. there was no problem until after my payment was taken, then her manager comes into the window to tell me that she did not have the loaded curly fry and I was actually for some chicken basket with fries or something. then I wonder if I can have a refund and he tells me that my transaction did not go through what was not true because it reflected on my bank statement. I've been going to this location for more than 20 years and this is the worst I've seen this restaurant. Ive come to this location multiple times and this was the last straw. I ordered a breakfast platter yesterday around 11am and they said that they were out of the eggs for it. I told them that's fine I don't need the eggs because my daughter doesn't eat eggs. He said they couldn't sell it with out the eggs. So I went on to order mini pancakes side of sausage and a loaded breakfast sandwich combo. (Can't you make scrambled eggs from freshly cracked eggs? I get my order, no bacon on my sandwich, sourdough was not toasted (edges were toasted but rest of bread was white. Had to toast it myself...
Owner wanted more details experience. The one thing you'd expect from long wait times (20 min plus) would be hot food. The curly fries were Rock hard and crunchy even slathered in cheese and bacon sauce. The Dr. Pepper drink which is known to be spicy and fresh was bland and flat. This could have been a lower rating but was giving the benefit of the doubt of possibly being short-staffed. Still not a reason to get cold food. I was content with just reading and giving you the benefit of the doubt but here's your honest review that you asked for.
I went through the drive-thru and was informed that they were only serving fried food at that time. It was 9 a.m., and they were supposed to be open for another 2 hours. Additionally, the shake machine was out of order for cleaning. A family member visited the next morning and encountered the same issue, with only fried food available. Both visits, they only accepted card payments. It seems like they make up their own rules on a whim. There doesn't appear to be any management overseeing things. I won't be returning to this location.

I will never spend money in the box again. I ordered about $30 to eat on the app just to get in the load so they tell me they are out of all. how could you make everything in your load and to be even worse, they wouldn't give me any refund. they tell you to do it in the app. well, I have contacted them several times and they don't seem to be interested in it and you can't just get a refund in the app. that's ridiculous how this place is on the hill. Ordered the big box of popcorn chicken and got a hand full of fries and crumbs with 15 pea size and 1 quarter sized pieces of chicken for 8.00 I had to drive back and complain the girl told me no money back but she would get me the more chicken so I waited 13mins and she did get me the chicken..she was nice but im pretty done with all the Jacks anymore either dont get waitted on or order is wrong:
It's either closed or only accepting door dash. Why do I have to pay a dude to bring me .60 taco?! Last time I was actually able to get served, the lady at the window shamed me for wanting ranch with my tacos. She said it was gross. I embarrassingly said my wife wanted it and then I burnt out. I ate the tacos with the sauce and felt bad about myself.
I rolled up to the drive thru at 9pm. Asked for a munchie meal and they said they can’t do that, they said they were out? Idk what that means.
