I tried to order tacos and potatoes wedges. They said they didn't have potatoes wedges and that the tacos was frozen. So I ordered 2 #4 on sourdough bread with two sprites with no ice. Get to the window and they hand me my sprites with ice of course. Everything else was in the bag. While ordering the lady seemed confused and I can hear someone in the background trying to correct her. They didn't give me a receipt, so idk who the cashier was. But they need to be trained more or fired!
space is hardly open. telefon doesn't work I was told that food in the regular cold and I went through the drive around 1830 at 18 o'clock and they announced that they were closed what people frustrated. I have paid for an article, but do not get that, as I found out, the phone does not work because I cried and it ringed and with nothing I did not go today to see a mgr because I was ti busy sonim out 5$
Pull up at 9, it says they close at 10 but staff says the system is down for 15 minutes. Fine, I'll wait. Husband wants food and he's in at 11. Go back around at 925 and they're still down for 15 minutes. If you don't want to help people just say you're closed. I would rather go to the Rock Road one and they ignore you there. The one on Taylor and Lindbergh was the best before it closed
Definitely need to pay more attention to the order screen and what customers have ordered. There is something missing or wrong every single time I go there. Employees need to drop there attitude at the door from what ever problems there having and remember to have better customer relations and be a bit friendlier. Book a table now
I would advise against visiting this place in the morning or late at night. The customer service is exceptionally poor, with rude staff at the drive-thru. Additionally, they often aren't open during their posted hours—about 90% of the time, they claim to be closed when they should be open.
Absolutely the worst service ever. We just left there after ordering 8 tacos, chicken nuggets and curly fries with cheese. We got a spicy chicken sandwich, plain fries and 4 tacos. We also ordered milk shakes, but they at least told us they were out before doing a switcheroo.
We visited multiple Jack in the Box locations, and this one truly stands out as the best. The service is quick and efficient, and the food is always fresh and prepared to order. I highly recommend this location. Great job to the staff!
We went through the drive-thru, and it was fast with excellent service. The food was piping hot. Although I probably won't be back since I live far away in a different city, everything we ordered was fantastic. Book a table now
