I would advise against visiting Jack In The Box. We arrived around 7:45 in the morning, and when my husband asked if a breakfast sandwich included ham, the staff responded dismissively, saying, "Isn't there a photo available?" My husband explained he couldn’t tell from the picture on the menu. Instead of helping, she rudely recited the ingredients. My husband was taken aback and began to express his frustration, which led her to say she didn’t have to take our order. While I understand they might be short-staffed and facing customer service challenges, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. This experience at Jack In The Box was simply not worth it.
I have a feeling this Jack In The Box location will be closing soon. I suggest going to the one on Rock Road in Bridgeton instead. This branch hardly stays open past 7:00 PM and often has inconsistent hours during the day. The interior is rarely accessible, and they constantly say they're short-staffed, even though nearby restaurants seem fully staffed. Honestly, it feels like they're being dishonest and just lazy. It's obvious they're losing a lot of money. I've tried to be patient, but when they are open, the service is very slow, and my food from the menu always arrives cold.
When I finally sat down at work to eat my Jack In The Box sandwich, I noticed there was no cheese on it, and the underside of the top bun was burnt. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue, but no one answered, so I left a message. Later, around 3:30, I returned and went through the drive-thru, only to find no employees in sight and the drive-thru speaker unattended. I found the store's contact number and left another message, but I'm not hopeful about hearing back or getting any resolution from management regarding the menu item anytime soon.
Jack In The Box advertises itself as being open 24 hours, with hours displayed on their doors, windows, website, and Google. They even have a lit "Open" sign, but don’t be misled! After waiting in the drive-thru line for a while, you may discover they’re only accepting DoorDash orders. Their cutoff times seem random—sometimes after 9 PM, other times after 10 PM—it feels like they decide whenever it suits them. Please update your hours!

Terrible customer service and management! How can a restaurant run out of tomatoes and not inform the customers? I’m glad I checked my order because the $8 burger looked nothing like the picture. It was missing the burger patty and only had three pieces of onion (which I had requested extra). I ended up having to get a refund. I wish I had taken a picture; you really can't mess it up that badly! Jack, you need to do better!
Quick service. But probably doesn't taste as good as dog diarrhea. The woman at the window didn't suck but everything else about my experience did. The bread was hotter than the chicken patty and you could smell the dirty grease radiating off the tacos.. also the taco was filled with the little burnt specks that make it obvious the fryer was dirty. Do better Jack. Stop raising prices but lowering quality..
This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to. The food always seems like it has been sitting around for ages. They frequently run out of items, and it takes an eternity to get your order. Additionally, I advise against ordering through the app, as they can't refund your money, and there's a high chance they won't be able to fulfill your order anyway.
I really hope they bring back the nachos they used to have! Also, what happened to the sauce that used to come with the Jumbo Jack burger? When I asked for extra sauce, they only gave me mayo or ketchup.

I enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. Although the service was a bit slow, it was worth the wait. The bacon Swiss hamburger was delicious, though the fries were a little cold.
