The manager at this Jack In The Box location was extremely rude. She messed up my order, giving me regular fries instead of the curly fries I ordered from the menu, and then accused me of lying. She refused to listen to my concerns, ignored me for several minutes, and told me to come inside instead of resolving the issue in the drive-thru. Despite me paying for curly fries, she even tried to charge me extra for them. When I originally paid, she didn’t give me a receipt, and the receipt she eventually showed me was printed nearly six minutes after I received my food—literally printed as I entered the restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but the meat was tough and had a terrible smell. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, so I decided to go to the restaurant for a refund. The manager, Maria, was rude and accused me of lying about my experience. Our conversation quickly turned into an argument. I warned her that if I got sick from the bad chicken, they would be responsible for my medical expenses. This restaurant is consistently dirty and unfriendly. I'll never return. The customer service here is unacceptable, and they really need to improve their staff.
This is the worst Jack in the Box in Hayward. They skimp on portion sizes for kids, and the food isn't cooked properly. My bacon was soggy, and the scrambled eggs were tough and dry. They didn’t provide any napkins or straws with my drink either. The management clearly tries to cut every corner and needs to be replaced by someone who values quality control. The food here is completely unacceptable compared to other nearby Jack in the Box locations. Charging $10 for a poorly cooked, incomplete meal without the basics like napkins and a straw is ridiculous.
I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger sandwich, and Claudia, who took my order at the drive-thru, laughed at me because I mispronounced it. English is my third language, and I have an accent, but I don’t think it’s appropriate for staff to laugh at me for that or any pronunciation mistakes. Education is the best way to combat ignorance. I do not recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt. The menu features a fantastic variety, and the quality of the food consistently meets the high standards that Jack's is known for. Great job!

When me and my went inside the tables were not clean, my sister ask the lady can someone clean the table, she said that the workers are all busy, so we left, I'll never go there again
The meat was excellent because I ordered the Jumbo Jack. This Jack in the Box has improved significantly. It has now become my go-to location instead of the one in Winton.
