They've removed all the low and moderately priced items from the menu. The soda fountain is no longer operational, so you have to ask for refills. The radio plays loudly, mostly commercials mixed with a few old top 40 hits. It's clear they don’t want people dining inside anymore, which is disappointing since I used to visit frequently. I understand that staffing fast food is challenging, and it's simpler to focus on drive-thru service, but I miss having an affordable sit-down meal option. The manager was very rude. I ordered a Buttery Jack, and it looked downright unappetizing – you could hardly see any bacon on it. The level of professionalism was lacking, especially when the manager used her gloved hands to dig into my burger and then tried to hand it back to me. I attempted to swap it for a three-piece egg roll, but the manager refused and only gave me two instead. To make matters worse, she didn't even change her gloves when she brought my order outside. I won’t be returning here again – it was a disappointing experience.
I paid for food I never received. I ordered a shake through the app, but when I got to the window, I was told they were out of shakes and could only offer a soda instead. I didn't want a soda, so I requested a refund. However, the worker informed me that only a manager could process refunds, and there was no manager present at the restaurant. So, I ended up paying nearly $6 for nothing. Thanks for that.

The day shift staff at Jack In The Box are very attentive, but unfortunately, the night shift employees are often rude and frequently mess up orders. It seems to be the same manager working every night, who has even cursed at us multiple times. It's disappointing because this location is one of the few 24-hour Jack In The Box restaurants, and the menu deserves better service.
I truly adore this restaurant. I've tried many places, yet I always find myself coming back to this one. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food they serve is fantastic. I never have a disappointing meal when I eat here. I highly recommend this place!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The meals I enjoyed were outstanding, and surprisingly, I was only charged for a regular meal despite having ordered a large one. The service was exceptional as well.
I asked for a MINT oreo milkshake, they gave me a regular oreo milkshake then when I asked them for a MINT oreo milkshake they just put a little bit of mint on top of the same milkshake, horrible service.
