I had a very disappointing experience at Jack in the Box. The staff acted immaturely, even throwing food around. I saw one team member toss my order to the server, who just laughed before handing it to me. The fries were stale, and the container was hardly full, despite me ordering a large size, and there were no extra fries in the bag. Additionally, they were out of the milkshake I ordered. When I requested a refund for my mobile order, the girl didn't know how to process it and suggested I contact customer support instead. To top it all off, the sandwich I received wasn't what I had actually ordered. Overall, it was a chaotic experience, and I will be avoiding this location in the future.
The manager was very rude. I ordered a Buttery Jack, and it looked downright unappetizing – you could hardly see any bacon on it. The level of professionalism was lacking, especially when the manager used her gloved hands to dig into my burger and then tried to hand it back to me. I attempted to swap it for a three-piece egg roll, but the manager refused and only gave me two instead. To make matters worse, she didn't even change her gloves when she brought my order outside. I won’t be returning here again – it was a disappointing experience.
I asked for a sourdough jack without tomato and with an added egg at this Jack in the Box in Hayward, but the staff informed me that they couldn't fulfill my request. I've made this same request at various other Jack in the Box locations since they discontinued the Brunch Burger, and they were always able to accommodate me. However, for some reason, this particular restaurant in Hayward refused to allow it. Other Jack in the Box locations in Hayward have no issues customizing my order this way.
I am truly amazed by this Planet Fitness location. I signed up two months ago after my 85-year-old friend recommended it to me, and I have been very impressed since then. The gym is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly, often remembering the names of their members. I train with Cory twice a week, and he motivates me to challenge myself while also making sure I don’t overexert myself. Take a look at the attached photo of Cory and me working out together.

I paid for food I never received. I ordered a shake through the app, but when I got to the window, I was told they were out of shakes and could only offer a soda instead. I didn't want a soda, so I requested a refund. However, the worker informed me that only a manager could process refunds, and there was no manager present at the restaurant. So, I ended up paying nearly $6 for nothing. Thanks for that.
I waited 20 minutes to get assistance at the front counter. Although there was a line at the drive-thru, only one employee was working. Another staff member was in the back, seemingly preoccupied with her phone. When I finally managed to get the attention of the person at the counter, she had an attitude and rushed me while taking my order. I won't be returning here!
I asked for a MINT oreo milkshake, they gave me a regular oreo milkshake then when I asked them for a MINT oreo milkshake they just put a little bit of mint on top of the same milkshake, horrible service.
I ordered the bacon burger number 8 from the menu, but when I got home, I discovered that my burger didn't have any bacon on it.
