Ordered a fish sandwich at the drive thru location in South Houston on Spencer. The fish sandwich only had only a small dab of tartar sauce and no lettuce or anything else that's suppose to be on it. Tomato? I ate as I was really hungry. Called the store and told but they want the sandwich itself. Oh well.The location on Fairmont also has bad performance at night.That's why I drove further to the other location. Quality needs to be better at nightI will start checking the quality at the drivethru window and hold up the line to check my order.
Ordered for delivery, got two munchies meals, a wrap and tiny tacos. Got the two boxes (they weren't even in a bag, which is weird). However, there was no wrap or tiny tacos. It was even funnier that the drinks were not what we ordered as well. Only one thing that managed to be right was one of the munchie meals. The second one wasn't even the correct burger that was ordered? Called, and there was no answer. What's going on?
Ordered in the drive thru. Nobody in line to order. After ordering pulled up to window and paid. Told to wait in front with 3 other vehicles. 15 minutes later came and gave me a bag of food. Went home and realized wrong order. Drove back and waited another 15 minutes in front. I haven't eaten Jack in the box in about a year and now I remember why. Just seems like a restaurant with no standards
I placed an order through the app for two tacos and specifically requested them without cheese, lettuce, and taco sauce—just plain meat. However, when I got home and handed my daughter her food, I discovered they had included all the ingredients I asked to have removed. It wasn't a complicated request, so I really don't understand how they made such a simple mistake.

I ordered 12 tacos but only received 10. This location consistently makes mistakes with orders or seems to lack care for their customers.
This is a fantastic spot for quick fast food! Maria Flores is a really nice lady. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I love that there is always breakfast all day and it is open until late at night.
