I come to this Jamba Juice frequently, as I love having a smoothie after my gym workout.First thing is first: the consistency is disappointing. I will get smoothies that are thick sweet and then other days they will be watery and flavorless.This location is understaffed there is usually only one person working at a time. So it does tend to take longer to get your order.Lastly, this location doesn’t have the authentic Jamba feel. It’s dull dim in the front area, the bathroom has been out-of-order for the last couple of months and is barricaded by a table (this looks cheesy, let’s be real).This location needs some tlc I still love Jamba tho.
I haven’t written a review in some time, but I wanted to share my recent experience. It wasn’t even noon, and they were already out of several items. I ended up ordering a Strawberry Wild, which I usually like, but this time I was quite disappointed. The drink didn’t taste like strawberry at all—it was basically just watermelon. I’m not sure what’s happening at this location, but I probably should have read the reviews first. The service was also slower than usual, with a wait of about 10 minutes.
This Jamba Juice is awful! The last two times I visited, my order was delivered incorrectly. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me, and I was made to wait without any update or confirmation about my order. The staff thanked me for my patience before I could even place my order. There were two employees there, but only one was making drinks, and she took her time while the other seemed to be doing who knows what in the back. They just don't seem to be in a hurry at all.
Despite having four staff members, they didn't start processing our order until five minutes had passed. Two of them were on their phones instead of taking care of the orders. Throughout the ordering process, they continually interrupted their work to chat with each other. What should have taken no longer than five minutes ended up taking over ten minutes. The focus seemed to be more on personal conversations than on serving customers efficiently.

I used to frequent this restaurant when I lived nearby, but my recent experiences have been disappointing due to the poor service. The staff was somewhat rude and seemed to work slowly, even with only four customers in the place. They didn't greet me with a smile, didn’t say welcome, and didn’t even thank me after I paid. I'm not sure if I would return.
If I could give zero stars, I would. They were out of bananas and didn’t have any utensils, so they gave me a tiny cup to eat my açai bowl. Then they told me to go next door to Blaze Pizza to get a utensil, even though Blaze was closed.
I think your smoothies are fantastic my favorite thing to get there is a strawberry surf rider I would say it’s a VM little pricey but if you guy's could add one thing to the menu could you add warmed buttered croissants

This is my third visit to the West Gvina location this month, and once again, they’ve told me they don’t have their fresh juices available. I’m not sure what the issue is, but it feels like a weak excuse.
