The restaurant can get busy on some evenings, but they are able to process orders efficiently. Even with a queue of about 8 other customers, I was in and out within 10 minutes. The fish and chips were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a 5-star rating. There was plenty of parking available with options for both a free parking lot and free street parking. The price per person for dinner ranged from £10–20.
The restaurant is very overpriced, presumably due to the holiday season. We can understand that, but we were disappointed to find that the chips were greasy and the fish was overcooked. Considering the high price we paid and the busy atmosphere, we had hoped for better quality food. The service was average, the meal type was dinner, and the price per person ranged from £10-20. Overall, the food was rated a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.
A consistently good fish and chips takeaway. Check the opening times as they're usually not open on a Saturday which is a shame. Good portions. I usually eat down at Cape Cornwall so great for the view. The Co-op across from Jeremy's is convenient if you want to take your own ketchup and vinegar with you! Not bad. I won’t recommend to a friend though. Fish was thin and incredibly greasy, the portions were very small and it wasn’t very affordable at all. I had an excellent experience at this chippy. The service was outstanding and the meal I got for takeout was perfect for dinner. The price per person was between £10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 4 out of 5.
