I originally gave this restaurant a 5-star review, but I've since changed it to 2 stars. I've had several consecutive orders that were incorrect, including missing sauces, toppings, and extra meat that I paid for. I'll be trying out other Jersey Mike's locations from now on because I no longer trust this one to prepare my sandwiches correctly. It got to the point where I could predict that my orders would be wrong—and they always were.
today I went to Jersey Mike’s to get my sandwich, and this old lady that was working there gave me a terrible service. She was yelling at me give me an attitude and all the workers inside the place was looking at her and looking at me and you guys should consider firing her from how bad she treated me in front of everybody and the customers snd the three coworkers were being very nice to me Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Amazing staff . Alot of time you may catch some attitude some where else .. but not here. Everyone was helpful and kind . Parking: Easy pizzy. Park at will. My partner experienced food poisoning after eating here, so I can't recommend this place. It took them several days to recover. For service, I would rate it a 4, and the atmosphere was a 3, but unfortunately, the food deserves a 1. We ordered takeout for lunch, and it cost around $20–30 per person. Book a table now

Excellent service and delicious food! My ham sandwich was fantastic! The server, Basian (I believe that's the correct spelling), was wonderful and offered exceptional service! I will definitely be coming back for another sandwich!
The employee reprimanded me because my 9 year old son didn't order fast enough. The place was empty and there was no one else there. I would have walked out if my son wasn't with me. I will never go back again!
