Had a long day just finished a huge load of laundry and it was 7:50 pm Sunday night in Baldwin Park where everything closes early. When I walked in around 2:40 PM, there was a long line of customers waiting for someone to prepare sandwiches, bag them up, and handle payments. The guy in front of me had his sandwich sitting there for what felt like 7 to 8 minutes while another employee struggled with a coupon. After that, it took an additional 5 minutes to dress the sandwich, and another 5 minutes to wrap it.
Dominic was the one who stepped up—he quickly cut our sandwiches and had them ready for dressing while the other guy was still working on bagging his last sandwich. I visited today, Saturday, at noon, and I was really impressed by how quickly the staff served the three of us. They demonstrated a great balance of professionalism, albeit with a hint of disdain. I ordered a number 8 and a number 9 sandwich, and both were fantastic—fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. I want to thank jersey mikes employees for bringing sandwiches like the big kahuna into this world. It is, by no means an ordinary sandwich. This sub right here has mushrooms, cheese, jalapeños all the right food groups. The employees are attentive and i appreciate that they got my order correct and let me get the jalapeño on the side. Definitely recommend :
This place is either under new management or ownership and it is now nothing more than a disappointment. Make sure you have the time to physically go in there and order. My last three phone orders, two of them were incorrect, and now apparently they don't know how to answer their phones. Time to find a new sandwich shop!
Just ordered lunch at Jersey Mikes here in Baldwin Park and it is usually pretty good. Today they got all 3 sandwiches that we ordered online wrong. One was the wrong bread, the 2nd one was missing 2 items added to the sandwich the Italian sandwich I ordered had ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato vinegar. WTH.
simply ordered lunch in jersey mikes here in soonwin park and it is quite good in the regular. Today they have all 3 sandwiches we ordered online incorrectly. one was the wrong brot, the 2. missing 2 items to the sandwich that the Italian sandwich I had ordered had ham, cheese, salat, tomatenessig. wth.
