In my opinion, the Black Bean Burger was overcooked. It would have been better if it had been microwaved or lightly pan-seared to achieve a toasted texture. Since all veggie burgers are precooked, they only need to be warmed up and given just a slight firmness. However, the other side dishes were excellent.
The Golden Quesadilla and the Coconut Shrimp are absolutely amazing!
The quality of the food appeared to be somewhat lacking.
