This is what my Taiwanese friend describes as street food, and what I 'd call delicious excellent value.The spiced fried chicken is the best version of popcorn chicken you 'll ever have, and you 'll be even happier if you get it with the rice ground pork.As in all Asian cultures, rice is never a throw-away side. Their rice is just right (cohesive grains, slightly sticky but not clumped). With the ground pork, it 's a small entree by itself.The seasoned fried string beans, steaming hot and fresh? Yes please! I also ordered a tofu dish with extra spice, but it arrived mild, which clearly indicates a mix-up with the order. On a positive note, the rice served with the tofu was quite good.
As for the restaurant's ambiance, it was clean and well-lit, with a few casual tables for those who prefer dining in. While it was interesting to try, given the price and the confusion with a simple order, I am unlikely to return.
Vegetarian options: There are some tofu dishes available, but the one I ordered had an unexpectedly fatty taste and a rather slimy texture, making it difficult for me to finish.

Ordered two milk teas with boba (winter melon and honey dew). The boba was prepared to perfection. We also ordered the Taiwanese chicken to share. We loved the chicken; the pieces were tender and the coating tasted great. While we waited for our order to be prepared we visited with two of the staff and they were very personable. We will definitely go back and order meals and more milk teas.

I give this restaurant a perfect five stars! It's hands down the best Taiwanese chicken in Baltimore. The chicken is incredibly juicy, and the seasoning has just the right amount of spice and flavor. They also offer tables for dining in, making it a nice and cozy spot for a date. The staff is fantastic—very polite and quick to attend to your needs. Highly recommend!

The boba is a great price here and you can adjust the sweetness level to your taste. The Taiwanese popcorn chicken is also great. The beef noodle soup is just decent but certainly the best in the area that we've found. Everything else we have tried has been good and the service is great!
Finally there is Taiwanese food in Ellicott City! Beef noodle is good, meat is tender, but soup is not the same tasty in Taipei night market. Yum overall. Popcorn chicken is great as Taiwan. Rice doesn't have much oil/sauce. Tofu is good too although I expect it can be more silken.
