I have been insulted by the manager of Kaspa's Bexleyheath. I went there last week with 7 children to celebrate my 11 years old daughter’s birthday. And had called for a table the day before but no one picked the phone. Today they picked the phone n booked for 8 people. But when arrived they failed to give the table for 8 rather just managed to give a regular table for 4 where 6 kids managed to sit. The waitress apologised for the booking mixed up. Then one of the customer kindly hurried their meal and allow their table. I placed order for 7 kids and paid. They severed the food. I agree with the other reviews mentioning poor customer service at this restaurant. It is evident that the manager has not taken the feedback into consideration and made any efforts to improve the service. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to find our own table. The menus were handed to us without any interaction. The food arrived at different times, resulting in all of us eating separately. I had to request utensils every time a dish was brought to the table. When my coffee was served, there was no sugar offered, so I had to go to the counter to ask for some. The staff did not check in on us or offer any further assistance. The service felt lacking and the staff seemed disinterested...
Absolutely rubbish service and same goes with the standard of food! We emailed in advance to take the birthday offer up for my Daughter! This was a free dish if another member purchases. I emailed company to no avail. Likewise I asked in store about the offer, the staff had no idea what the offer was? We ordered anyway and asked if we could be seated to which we were told no! This was 30 minutes before close! Anyway we asked for some warm deserts with custard as we were staying above the shop at the premier inn. The desert’s were packed and we went to our hotel . The service was terrible from the moment we entered the restaurant. We were told to sit wherever we liked and that a menu would be brought to us, but after waiting for 10 minutes with no menu in sight, we had to go and get our own. We placed our order at the till, and eventually received a cold chocolate waffle. After waiting 20 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, a staff member informed us that they had lost our order and asked us to repeat it. When the ice cream finally arrived, it did not come with any of the fruit that was listed on the menu. Overall, the staff appeared unhappy and unenthusiastic, creating a negative atmosphere for customers.

Arrived with a party of 4 at 9.50pm and was turned away, as they 'are only open for taking online orders '. This policy is not displayed in the shop or website, they should have been open still and we wanted to takeaway anyway. Why have a shop? We live local and have been quite a few times, but won 't be back. While other businesses struggle in this pandemic Kaspa 's are doing so well they can turn business away. Good luck
Staff young, some rude, unwelcoming and clueless with how to interact with customers, inside the cleanliness is very poor with ice cream being splattered all over all he glass and different ice cream scoops mixed with each other which is a allergy hazard, also the general seating area consists of staff personal belongings in the public seating area.
We ordered from Kaspas for delivery, but the waffles did not have any chocolate on them. The Bueno Kinder waffle had white Buenos on it, but they were not actually Bueno chocolates. Normally, we enjoy getting a treat from here, but we were a bit disappointed tonight.
This place is pants, the service was horrendous the comments from the staff poor. The food came up all at different times supposedly due to deliveroo orders and breaks.The food was rank and expensive. I wouldnt **** on thia place if it was on fire.

Awful experience, waffle was premade and cold and sauce looks messy and rushed, the sundae did not include kiwi like the menu said it would and the waitress took us to a dirty table with holes/rips in the seats.
