I went through the drive-thru the speaker did not work I waited 10 minutes nobody said anything so when I pulled up to the window they claim they did not hear me and that I could not place my order at the window and they want me to go back around and order on the speaker I refuse even when I talk to the manager he suggested the same thing so I will not be going back there and I told him that I would not attend they still again whether I'm concerned KFC in Forest Hill on Mansfield highway is a poor self-service
KFC 6-miles from my home. Got home with order to find chicken sandwich aide missing. Returned to store and told them. Got the order and pulled forward to check it and discovered no side. Informed worker and as he handed them to me, he said, You know it 's your responsibility to check the otder before leaving. I eat at KFC twice a month, but NEVER again.
I've ordered from this restaurant twice on Uber Eats, and both times I received the wrong size drinks. The food arrived uncut and extremely cold, as if it had just come straight out of the freezer. I even had to wait until the driver was at the restaurant because one of the items was missing from the order.
I placed an order using their online app, but when it arrived, it was completely incorrect. I drove to the restaurant to pick up the missing items around 9 PM, but the doors were locked even though they advertised a closing time of 10 PM. I won't be returning to this place again.

Bad experience. Cashier was helpful giving me options but not worth it. Their soda machine is broken and only had water and sweet tea but was told until I paid for my order. Only serving combos they ran out of chicken. Sad, sad.
This store absolutely sucks they have a bunch of you ppl on the evening shift that don't do anything. Every single time either the system is down or they don't have any food. How the hell are they even still
Every time I come to this place they are out of what ever I ask for it says it closes at 11pm I came at 9pm said they were out of chicken how is that? They have 2 wraps for $5 and they never have any !
This place always seems to be out of everything. The service is also terrible.
