I have been to this place five times in the last five years, they have never got one of my orders right. The last time I had to go, I asked for a bucket with no drumsticks at the drive through they said I will see what I can do for you, I was asked to park up and they would bring the food to my car. I waited outside for thirty minutes, they had forgotten my order, I went in and asked for my bucket, I asked could I have no drumsticks, the lad behind the counter said they could not. I asked for a refund then he said he would change it. I got home and there were more drumsticks than any other chicken. Horrendous customer service. No apologies for my wait, I really hope this place gets a new own...
Very poor service, take an absolute age to get served,even then chances are your order will be wrong.Tgere doesn't seem to be any organisation behind the counter.Priority is given to all the deliveroo,Uber ,Just eat drivers who literally take over the restaurant leaving their bags everywhere with no social distancing observed..nothing short of carnage really....very poor experience....management should take note and organise it better...
Went in for a takeaway 2 x charger box meals costing nearly £18 What a disappointing meal tiny portion of chips and side orders of chicken missing Phoned the manager to report this and she was not interested Her tort was bring it back with your receipt and it would be changed Why should I after working all day she would not send a replacement out For what we paid it was ridiculous Don't even bother wasting your time there
This KFC is the worst I have ever been to. They are always missing items and serve soggy food, even when ordering through Uber. They let you fill out your order, but then at checkout it says the restaurant is closed at 7pm. They should be honest and say they closed early. There is nothing good about this KFC. I have stopped going and now travel to a different KFC that is farther away.

Firstly I didn’t even receive what I ordered, I was missing my pop corn chicken from my boneless bucket. Then not only were my chips bland, Dry, cold and rock hard but my gravy was like water. I’m honestly disgusted, this is not the KFC standard I’m used to, and expect. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
After waiting for 1.5 hours, our subpar meal was finally ready. Our family, including two hungry kids, was disappointed when we discovered the order was incorrect when we got home. It was a disgusting experience overall. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Upon returning home and unpacking my meals, I found that the mash bowls were only filled halfway and there was no gravy. This was not just an honest mistake, but in my opinion, it was a display of pathetic service.
This KFC location is one of the worst in the country. The service is inconsistent and the staff, while friendly, do not seem to care. I would rather drive 20 minutes to the next town than eat here.
