I visited KFC several months ago and had good food and service. When I stopped by again recently while in the area, my wife’s 2-piece breast and wing order was incorrect—there was no wing. The staff member at the counter, holding the receipt, seemed unsure about our order and even made a dismissive comment. The mashed potatoes and gravy looked unappetizing, clearly prepared hours earlier as the potatoes had turned brown from the gravy. I’m not sure what went wrong between visits, but with so many other options nearby, I won’t be returning to find out.
I visited the drive-thru around 1:40 PM, and there was no one in line—it honestly felt like the place was closed. The staff member hurried me while I was trying to place my order. We ordered two big box meals, a famous bowl meal, and an additional fry. I also asked for another famous bowl, but she forgot to ring it up. She quoted me my total before I even finished ordering. As someone who works in fast food, I would never treat a customer like that. The chicken was tough, and the corn was unappetizing. I definitely won't be returning here.
Disappointing experience. I ordered my meal in advance and even called to confirm it was ready. When I arrived, I was told that it hadn't been prepared at all, despite the assurance I received. This was especially frustrating because the food was meant for cancer patients who have very few choices available to them.
The restaurant lacked food and proper staff management, with only a few employees who didn’t fulfill their duties. The staff were very rude and even made fun of the customers. They laughed when guests expressed frustration about the poor service and lack of management. I would avoid this place.

My husband went through the drive-thru and picked up an 8-piece extra crispy meal, which came with mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, and biscuits. The food was delicious, but they added pepper to most of the items, so be careful if you have any allergies! #pepperallergy
I ordered the fries, and they were fantastic! However, I faced a little difficulty with the manual doors when trying to enter with my grandson in a stroller, even though there was handicap parking available. It turned out to be quite an interesting experience!
I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at KFC. The staff at the drive-thru window completely ignored me, as if they didn’t want to serve anyone. When I went inside, there was no one around at all. I've never seen service like that before.
Sandra mentioned that she needed to take a personal break. However, she didn’t wash her hands after using the restroom. Moreover, it took us 15 minutes to place our order.

The chicken seemed to be stewed, but there were still large pieces that were raw. It was quite unappetizing to see the blood.
I had a great experience during dinner. I ordered the eight-piece meal and the service was outstanding.
