Handling food utensils after dealing with cash poses a serious risk of contamination. While gloves are typically required, proper handwashing is essential, particularly after handling money or raw meats.
I believe no one should be fired over this incident; instead, it should serve as a learning opportunity. Everyone makes mistakes, but as long as they learn from them, that's what matters.
I visited KFC today around 1 PM via the drive-thru, and I was impressed by the excellent service from start to finish. It was such a refreshing change to experience great service. The three employees were fantastic, and my order was ready in no time! The food was delicious! Thank you, KFC on Ash St.!
I cannot recommend this place. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, so anyone could walk in. In fact, a homeless person did come in when I was there, and I had to shout to let them know someone was inside. The bathrooms were also very dirty, and the restaurant was severely understaffed.
The side orders were incorrect, even after the delivery person called to confirm. I requested corn and mac and cheese, but since they were out of corn, I agreed to have fries instead. Despite this, I ended up receiving both fries and mashed potatoes with gravy.

You'll be waiting forever on your food. Takes over 20 minutes just for 1 meal. Way too slow.
