I managed a KFC for over two years, and I think this location is in need of significant improvement. First, it's worrisome to see staff in casual clothing working in the kitchen. Second, it's unacceptable to tell a customer at 7 PM that you're out of chicken and won't be cooking any more for the day. Finally, offering an 8-piece tenders order in place of an 8-piece bucket is simply unethical. Have standards been disregarded?
My bad. I should have read the comments about our local KFC in Decatur. Like many reviewers said, small pieces, dry, overcooked, and the sides we ordered for the 16 piece bucket were incorrect. With skyrocketing food costs, who wants to waste their time and money for inedible food? I miss the days when fast food was indeed fast, good and a value. I can only eat so much chic fil A,
Ridiculously small pieces of chicken especially considering the price. No extra pieces to account for the size or anything!I was told that this is what they are sent, and all of the pieces are small. I spent $30+tax for 10 pieces of fun-size chicken, 3 large sides, and a beverage bucket. Hopefully, we can fill up on the sides.
I can confidently say that this was the best KFC experience I've had in a long time. The woman who took my order was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the gentleman at the window was just as pleasant. To top it all off, my meal was delicious and exactly what I was hoping for when I got home. Book a table now
Terrible experience. I waited almost 30 minutes for my 5-piece Honey Barbecue hot wings, only to find out at work that I received plain wings instead. When I attempted to call back about my incorrect order, no one answered the phone. I won't be spending my time or money at this location again!
The food was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, as usual, the order was incorrect. I paid extra for specific chicken pieces in the bucket, but they didn’t include either of them. My wife was disappointed with what was supposed to be a surprise, no-cook night.

The chicken wasn’t fully cooked, the batter was soggy and falling off, and I didn’t receive a receipt. My popcorn chicken was extremely tough, almost as if it had been reheated. Very disappointed. Book a table now
