I have such fond memories of KFC from back when I was in my teens. Their menu has literally exploded so that we pull up on my quest for that elusive perfect fast food fried chicken sandwich, and boom--what do I see? A cheeseburger ad. We got their fried chicken sandwich. One bit and I spit it back out. Bone dry, no moistness, barely any condiments whatsoever, and not sure if there was an option for cheese, but we didn't get it. Just bland and barely any breading to speak of. The coleslaw was the hands down favorite here--it's tangy and consistently good. Inside clean and sterile, and service efficiently friendly.
It's KFC and when it comes down to it when you want quick service for fried chicken with its signature Original/Crispy Fried Chicken. This is the place to go within the Millbrae area.The location itself is pretty convenient bc it's half and AW but also it is one of the few drive thru KFC in the area. I can only say in my experience that service is indeed fast and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Workers are workers and it's a plus if you get great service but I've experienced good/fair service from this location. All in all the convenience and fast service is what stands out the most.
I've been going to this restaurant for my lunch breaks occasionally. At first, the food was amazing, but unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly lately. Every time I've visited in the past few months, the chicken has been old, bland, and dry. Today, it was almost inedible. I'm not sure if there are new staff members or if something else is affecting the quality, but I doubt I'll return anytime soon. It's just not worth spending money on food that I can’t enjoy.

We were craving for some good ol' KFC after a beach day, and this location didn't disappoint.Place was super clean and organized. Staff members were all so nice. AND restroom was ultra clean and smelled nice! This will be a KFC go to location during post beach day cravings!
The taste is consistently the same, which I appreciate. I was particularly impressed by the male manager, who was very kind and attentive, checking on everything meticulously. I will definitely return for more.
ImI made this complaint for bad service Why? Because I made order pieces and they put always one pieces less. I talked with manager and she saw the error and never apologize
