I?ve been here a few times over the past few years. Some food has been decent but cannot say the most recent experience has been anything over disappointing. Ordered a spicy famous bowl to find majority of the ?chicken? was meatless, crunchy, burnt pieces.The fries tasted like they were reheated from the day prior, and the wings were cold. I?ve had better food from thisestablishment but can say confidently that the food is not consistent.
I stopped by for a lunch break, but the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru was available. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t allow me to walk up to the window to place my order, and my work truck was too large to use the drive-thru. To make matters worse, the app didn't permit me to order for curbside pickup. I ended up having to leave without getting anything.
The food was terrible, and the manager's attitude was even worse. The chicken tenders I ordered were extremely dry. When I attempted to return them and choose something else, the manager responded with a big sigh and slumped shoulders. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day; perhaps she had been working from opening until close, and it was late.
This branch is surprisingly lacking in customers, and for good reason. The chicken served here is often old and reheated, which is unfortunate for anyone who chooses to dine here. Save yourself and your companions the disappointment and choose a different location. Book a table now
This location does not honor national promotions (which is essentially false advertising). KFC is well-known for letting its franchises choose when they want to participate, and KFC rarely addresses complaints. There are better places to spend your money.
I visited this restaurant twice but left without making a purchase because the staff was unhelpful and had too much attitude.
The food quality was extremely disappointing. The restaurant also needs to be cleaned, as the dining area was not tidy.
