Horrible location, rude employees. Very poorly managed, strongly suggest not visiting. The attitude of the employees is particularly condescending towards customers, and absolutely do not care about customer service. The manager owner has totally failed especially with the two female employees on the counter drive through window. Total disrespectful. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never visit this location again and also will strongly reconsider ever going to any KFC. Good bye and good riddance again especially the employees. Sad.
Decided to stop by here for a quick lunch during my lunch break, since this place isn't far from where I work. Went through the drive through and ordered the 3 piece combo (crispy) with mashed potatoes. I opened it right away and the chicken was very soggy. The biscuit was also hard. I didn't think I expected much coming here, but I at least expected to get decent food crispy chicken that is. Uncertain if I'll come back again for this reason.
We went in to place an order and the first thing I noticed was the dirty door windows. We waited for 10 minutes before a woman finally acknowledged us. It was 4 p.m., and they didn’t have any original chicken ready. She asked if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes, but we declined. There was only one car in the drive-thru and a group of four already eating inside. The place was dirty. I will never go back.
Chicken was very gross Mac and cheese tasted sour. Mashed potatoes were ok brisket were like stone. Go to pay for a 12 piece family they say $61.00 but that was because of the language barrier sign said $41.00 but tax ended up $51.00 . Any price was not worth the food the dog likes the meat we take off the bone for him.

KFC offers the best customer service I've ever experienced. Despite always being busy, they consistently treat their customers with great care. Their menu is diverse and satisfying, making every visit enjoyable.
As a food delivery driver, I often find myself waiting a long time for my orders. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes for mine. It seems they don't prioritize the time of others at all.
If you come to pick up your online order, then get ready to wait about 15 minutes, every time I come here they make me wait for at least 10-15 minutes
What a joke! It should be called Kentucky Fried Cornish Game Hens!!!!! Ordered Drumsticks and Thighs for the hubby. 2 wings for me. Crazy!!!
