MY advice to ANYONE reading this, just go literally anywhere else, even Sheetz is better than this. I can 't even begin to completely cover just how awful my experience here was, but I 'll EXTREMELY SIMPLIFY it. First; All I ordered was a simple tender meal with a side of mashed potatoes, there was one car in front of me. It took, AN HOUR to get my food, AND I had to go inside to get it myself because they told me to pull around and forgot what car it goes to while one of the workers was straight up sleeping on a table in the corner?!? This KFC Taco Bell combo location had a limited Taco Bell menu compared to what was advertised. They had run out of sweet tea and, without notifying me, served me unsweetened tea instead. According to the drive-thru employee, there were no sweeteners or sugar available anywhere in the restaurant. I asked for a different drink since I didn’t want the unsweetened tea without any way to sweeten it, but most of the options he offered were also unavailable. I was left with the choice of Pepsi and one other drink. When I tried to order a chalupa, he told me they were out of the necessary ingredients. I placed a pick-up order at 6:20 for a 6:45 pick-up time on October 9th. My husband arrived at the restaurant, but there was no chicken ready. It’s a chicken restaurant; how is that possible? He ended up waiting until 7:30 with still no food, while there were eight cars in the drive-thru and several Uber Eats drivers inside. Now, they keep pushing the pick-up time back, and it’s already 8:00 PM! This is completely unacceptable. Do NOT visit this location! My husband mentioned that there were only two employees working. I’ve emailed KFC corporate to request a refund since he left without any food.
I went through the drive-thru and was pleased with the food and the friendly staff. I did reach out to the manager to let her know that the Sierra Mist tasted more like plain carbonated water, and I suggested that they might want to add a bit more syrup. She was very kind and apologetic, which I appreciated. I even joked that this must be my punishment for not being allowed to have soda in the first place, and we both shared a laugh. I made it clear that I didn’t need a replacement; I just wanted them to be aware of the issue before they received more complaints.

I should have heeded my friend's warning not to go to this place because they always mess things up! Unfortunately, I went anyway. They completely messed up every item I ordered, and my order couldn't have been simpler. I ordered a quesadilla meal but ended up with a weird-looking burrito. I've never encountered such a strange mix in regular tacos, and to top it off, I didn’t even get a straw for my drink or sauce for my taco. Now I understand why the person in front of me left. Seriously, take my advice and don’t even consider going here!
This restaurant and its staff are very disappointing. They frequently get orders wrong and forget items. When you inform them of the mistakes, they respond with an attitude, as if venting frustration at the person taking your order is somehow acceptable. I would be much happier if my food were prepared correctly and the customer service was better. Additionally, it seems they never clean or change the grease pot.
I would strongly recommend steering clear of this place. The staff is unfriendly and seems disengaged from their work. The food is quite poor, and definitely not worth the time or money you would spend. I’m not sure why this restaurant is still in business.
I wouldn't give this restaurant any stars if I could. The staff was incredibly rude, and I feel sorry for their employees. I’m so upset that I can hardly express my disappointment and frustration.
