I visited today for some ice cream, and I found it to be very flavorful and generously portioned. However, I was served by a rather unfriendly gentleman. If he’s the owner, he might want to consider selling the place; if he’s the manager, he could really benefit from some training on how to be more welcoming. It's disappointing to walk in feeling good about treating yourself to something sweet, only to be greeted by someone in a sour mood. My rating reflects the ice cream alone and not the service, which I would give 1 star.
On my first but not last visit to this chocolatier, I bought the dark chocolate sea salt caramels and a small box of truffles. Everything was excellent! The chocolate is delicious and all of the truffles were flavorful and delicious. The chocolate coating was spread in just the right amount so it complemented the other flavors in the truffles. Perfection! Prices are reasonable. I'll be back. Can't wait!
The manager was unfriendly and abrupt with us as we approached near closing time, and the staff were in the process of shutting down. They even locked the door, despite it not being closing time yet, which prevented potential customers from entering. With so many other ice cream options available, I would recommend going elsewhere.
wow their peanut buttercups are so so good! so fresh! so creamy! i bought one for my mom and she loved it! i didn't realize this store was a chain but its still very good quality chocolate : . i would get that again. i also wanna try more stuff!

Had what may have been the best ice cream I had in my 60 years tonight. The New Orleans Praline Pecan flavor on a warm fresh waffle cone was amazing. Fun retro store with mouth watering chocolates on display and very nice servers.
We're on vacation in Saint Joseph, Michigan, and we've become huge fans of this ice cream shop! It's worth the trip to Morristown just to satisfy our ice cream cravings. We absolutely love this place!
