We were so disappointed. We have always dined at Kincaid's whenever we are in the Bay Area. We realize the pandemic has had a tremendous impact on everything..... The host was not friendly. The food prices have increased a ridiculous percentage. The tables had NOTHING on them. The service was very slow but I don't think it was the fault of our server. We both ordered prime ?!?! It was so fatty and tough. The doors were left open for outdoor seating and it was very cold and uncomfortable inside. My husband said he will never go back
I love this place. The view is to die for and the food is excellent. They are open for indoor dinning and have separated their tables a good safe distance apart. I believe more than the required feet. All service people wore masks and I felt safe
Salmon and chicken were overcooked. Service was terrible and it wasn’t busy. We had planned on dessert, but couldn’t get anyone’s attention until we stood up to leave. At an entree there is no excuse for poorly cooked food or absent service

We ordered the salmon and was a little dry, but everything else was really good. Great drinks, awesome appetizers, nice service, fantastic views
I love this restaurant. I'm looking forward to the return of it's traditional menu with wedge salad and meatloaf. Still, it's great to be back
