The food at this restaurant is mediocre at best. You can find better ribs for a cheaper price at Costco. The restrooms are dirty, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. It seems like the tables are not properly cleaned throughout the day, as I always struggle to find a clean one. The service is consistently poor, with employees avoiding eye contact and not providing a proper greeting. I often have to wait at the counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledges me and takes my order.
I am sorry for the two star review. I cannot do one star. I love kinder and I have for the past 16 years but todays ribs are dry and so is the ball tip. Its never been this way before these are end cuts extremely dry and fatty. But like I said, dont get me wrong kinder is a great place and it has been since day one that Ive been there and I will buy again. I hope they no longer sell dry pieces of meat. But I still am a customer for Leif.  
The sandwich was really good. The bread was fresh and soft. Just the right amount of condiments was added. The roast beef was very tasty. The man behind the counter was helpful and friendly! The majority of customers at the restaurant seemed to be picking up their orders, so be prepared to wait a bit for your food or for your turn to order. However, if you don't mind the wait, the filet mignon sandwich is definitely worth it! I would rate the food as a 5, service as a 2, and atmosphere as a 4.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite. I have never experienced someone rolling their eyes while serving me food before. The quality of the food is rated as a 3, the service as a 1, and the atmosphere as a 1.
