Don’t judge because the restaurant is in a mall, it is one of the most well executed restaurants I’ve been to in CA. The restaurant does not try to overly depend on the freshness of its produce but rather actually exercise some of the traditional French techniques that qualifies this restaurant to be one of the best in the area
The menu was subpar and very limited for all the hype. No real sophistication to the food. Funniest part was the charge for old crusty bread. One would hope if they are going to charge you for bread, it would be amazing. Cheesecake Factory bread is better

The most overpriced and underwhelming meal I’ve ever had. This was not Michelin star service. The food was OK, but the prix fix price of $245 was absurd. This was not fine dining. It’s about 3x overpriced. Book a table now
