In the age of Covid, this Kroger is thorough and it is clean. It reminds me of the Publix that used to be on South Hairston, the attention to detail of products and the cleanliness of the merchandise. Again this Kroger had eggs, bread, juice, the essentials. It is pretty evident the staff and the management work very hard to contribute to the well being of this neighborhood.
I came into this Kroger to obtain a money order. As soon as I arrive, they say the money service is closed. I ask why.. this lady said we 're going through some changes . I informed her this is the second one I went to in radius, as I went to the one on flat shoals first and another young lady just shrugged her shoulders like she didn 't care. Horrible service.
The customer service is horrible, they never have any carts available. The seafood department staff is very rude and the management seems not to care. It’s definitely changed from when we first moved in the area 10 years ago.
