I have to say, I really love Krystal! However, the only location I truly enjoy is in West Memphis. I ordered a sack of 12 cheese Krystals, expecting a bit of a wait. To my surprise, they were ready right as I paid and pulled up. I was the only customer there, which made me suspect that getting my order so quickly might not be a good sign. Unfortunately, I was right—my Krystals were old and ice cold! They had pickles on every other one and barely any mustard. When I got home, my family ended up having to fix their sandwiches. The cheese wasn’t even melted because they were so cold! I won’t be coming back to this location again!
There’s no restroom available, which is inconvenient for visitors from out of town. The parking lot is tight, making it hard to reach the drive-thru or safely walk through traffic to order at the window. The wait for food was lengthy, and there were few comfortable spots to wait.
On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. After the long wait, the food was disappointing—it didn’t taste fresh, the buns were rock hard, and the tater tots were cold. I was excited to try Krystal, but in the end, I left very disappointed.
My wife purchased a bag of Krystals and mentioned that the wait time was excessively long. After driving about an hour to get home, we found that the burgers were missing all their toppings—no mustard, pickles, or onions. This reflects very poorly on the management. Considering all the negative reviews, it’s evident that the corporate office should rethink their leadership, as the current team seems incapable of running the restaurant properly.
My experience at Krystal was extremely disappointing. The food arrived cold, and the chicken was undercooked. The woman taking my order at the drive-thru repeatedly got it wrong, while the man handing out the food was distracted on his phone. The staff were quite rude, and honestly, they don’t seem fit for customer service. If it were possible, I would give them negative five stars.
