Went in blindly looking for a green tea. I ask for one, the girl looks at me like I’m crazy asking for a hot tea. She says she’ll go do. Get my tea with milk in it and ask about it because I’m lactose intolerant. She tells me laughing at my face saying it’s dairy free. Who am I a mind reader. It’s that’s ur job tell me that the tea comes with milk.
I came in with my sister, July 19, 2023 at about 8pm. We ordered 4 drinks. the drinks were great but the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. a young lady working was so ghetto and unprofessional I don't understand how they have people like her working there, and for that reason I will NEVER be back.
I visited the restaurant tonight to try their new Halloween boba, but the girl at the counter didn’t seem very enthusiastic. After she handed me my drink, she harshly placed the straw cover on top. I've never had a bad experience there before, but unfortunately, tonight was different.
The “Wow Oreo” bubble tea is my fav at this place. The atmosphere is not something special and to be honest is not very welcoming, however the drink is good and that’s why one should go there, not to hang out at the cafe. Book a table now
I really enjoy KF tea, but this location feels worn out and neglected. The glass doors are dirty and stained. I find the Glenview location to be much cleaner and overall a better experience with superior service.
Best boba for sure. I’ve been exploring quite a bit of boba places and this one I will drive for. All the local ones to me are below par; and not worth the price they charge.
Tried their thai iced tea. Can control how sweet it will be and the boba option, very delicious
