Very flavorful. Chicken Karaage (kinda like popcorn chicken lol) was so great and different. Cooked perfectly and the breading or coating was very light. We got a bunch of sushi.... This restaurant is unreasonably expensive. It's surprising that a family of four, including two toddlers, could still be hungry after spending $110 at a sushi place. The restaurant itself is clean, the service is decent (although the waitress had some trouble with English, she was very nice and kind). The prices and portion sizes are outrageous - $17 for a medium-sized sushi roll and $15 for a salmon wrapped in cucumber (Kyuzou roll). I was shocked by the prices. While we like to try new places, our favorite is still Enishi due to their reasonable prices and generous portions. Great large and clean dining area. We came here to take a break from strawberry and cherry picking. Bento includes two items of the choice. Oyako Don includes variety vegetables but little be salty. Dragon rolls have crunchy shrimp tempura which is great. Hope they can make sushi rolls with less rice.
Solid place for sushi. Their sashimi is super fresh. I waited until I had gone twice to make sure that the fish was fresh different times of the week. This will be our go to sushi place in Brentwood and we have tried them all.
The food at this restaurant is incredible, truly amazing! The atmosphere is peaceful, with a pleasant aroma, and I appreciate the location. I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.
