Staying nearby at Chateau Le Pape, we researched various restaurants nearby to book dinner and La Forge look very promising. We were not disappointed with our choice. Easy enough for us to get to in our rental car, the food was very good, our reception from the staff was excellent and we had a very enjoyable meal. We highly recommend La Forge to anyone visiting this region of Bordeaux.
Very nice family restaurant with fresh and local food, nice and welcome staff. Big wine cart with local and not only local wines. We enjoyed our diner with my husband and definitely it’s a place must be visited if you are not far.
This is an excellent traditional French restaurant offering a good value lunch menu at 19 Euro per person. Three choices of entree, main and dessert. Good choice of local Pessac-Léognan and Graves wines. Recommended!
We had an excellent meal in this restaurant. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was traditional French . It was the evening menu and prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant.
