As such I ordered far more than I should have, in an effort to taste as many dishes as possible. Thank goodness for takeout boxes. A couple of things to be aware of: there are no fountain drinks so be prepared to pay for soda refills. (they come in either a can or a bottle). Tea is all you can drink. Pupusas!. Today was my second visit; I went with my daughter and her husband. This place is much improved since my first visit. They have better and clearer menus and the server was extra friendly and ready to explain the menu. Basically, we got just about every kind of pupusa on the menu. They bring slaw and sauces that you put on top of the pupusas. Really delicious! And we ordered empanadas to share. These were sugary, fried plantains with creamy middles. Also excellent. Yum! We went to lunch today and it was wonderful! Great service! We brought our two kids and the waitress was so sweet for them. She even brought us an apple and mango juice to try. YUM! The beans and rice were my daughter's favorite!! The Papusa were AWESOME! It is such a jewel in our city to have something different than the typical authentic Mexican food!
The best tamales I've ever had! The tamales are fantastic, and the pupusas are just right. Each time I visit, I see others enjoying beautifully presented dishes, but I can't resist ordering the tamales every time. They're simply too good to pass up. If you go, make sure to try something else too!

This is the only Salvadoran restaurant in Bham (that I know about anyways) very glad I tried it out the platanos con frijoles y crema are sooooo good!! Youve gotta get these. Also tried the zucchini cheese pupusas a little bland for my taste, will try the pork cheese next time.
The staff is always incredibly kind, and the pupusas here are just outstanding! I really enjoy the pickled cabbage and red sauce that accompany them; it adds an extra touch of magic. I definitely recommend the pork and cheese pupusa—it's my favorite!
The food was delicious! My husband and I really enjoyed our visits there. He loves the pupusas with chicharrón and cheese, as well as the cheese and bean pupusas. The Salvadoran breakfast is good too!
I really enjoyed this place. It was my first experience with Salvadoran cuisine, and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was friendly, and the food was fantastic.
