Our family of 4 from the USA has made reservations in this restaurant for dinner. The staff left us unwilling from the start because of our language barrier. The fish teas and the cold egg soup were the worst dishes we had in a 20-day visit to this beautiful country. Our main dishes we feel were overpriced for quality. The presentation was attractive, but quality and taste were not impressive. The cheese plate was discarded and we stayed alone for the rest of the evening. The restaurant is in a great location with cool terrace area which was simply perfect on a hot summers evening. Great food and service, would highly recommend the fish soup or prawn risotto for starters, we then followed with the confit duck and belly pork...which were equally delicious, no room for dessert so can’t comment but could imagine they’d be as good. 3 hours for lunch with 2 children who are not really welcome, an unsuitable menu for them noted to chalk in a corner and not on the map, effortlessly. too narrow terrace, we were uncomfortably installed. You have to disturb the entire terrace to move.Everything went through the plates not very garnished and error on the addition. I was not asked if everything had been....We eat better for much cheaper elsewhere
We're in the semi-troglodyte room, it's not great, but it's okay. we opt for flat-dessert formulas (one to 19,50€, two to 25€). the dishes are good: salmon in gravelax, thousand-feuille of rocamadour (salé), pear paved on leek bed. desserts are correct: pavlova with the fruits of the moment, mellow with chocolate. friendly service but a little long (a lot of people during our visit) but a little expensive.

A pleasant shady terrace on a side street. Friendly and efficient staff. The food was excellent and the menu “Liberte” offered some refreshing variety from all the normal tourist restaurants. We had the prawn risotto as a starter and the pork belly and sweet breads...as a main all were delicious and very well cooked. I highly recommend and would definitely return.
We enjoyed a delicious meal here, the food was all very fresh and beautifully presented. The duck with dauphinoise potratoes was amazing . It gets very busy, so book in advance so you are not disappointed.

it was our first restaurant during our stay in the area. We tasted local dishes. Very good. the welcome was also warm. the frame is very nice, at the foot of the beynac chateau. I recommend!
