On the recommendation of our host, over a week spent in Les Houches we had dinner twice and lunch once here. Perfect from start to finish. Our first evening in front of the fireplace to enjoy a real good three cheese fondue and not two cheeses! The incredible lunch, table in front of the bay window with an incredible view, the sublime outdoor terrace and the delicious lunch, for my part the lamb shank tagine and the blueberry pistachio dessert, all with a glass of Margaux, oulala I still remember it!!! then a 3rd dinner before leaving, very nice. We will definitely come back, well done to the whole team. Saffron kisses from Perche!
A beautiful setting to eat comfortably in front of the splendid mountains. If you want to enjoy the best seats on the terrace, it is unnecessary to specify to book well in advance. The kitchen is good for an interesting price ratio/quality. I took a fondue that was actually 3 cheeses. It changes catches tourist chamonix...
Excellent cuisine, warm setting with a nice view of the Goûter dome. The Caiapi could have been a little more hit and I would have liked to know that there was no more tataki before watching the menu. But otherwise it was great!
