We spent 3 nights in the beautiful town of Kaysersberg in the Alsace region of France. We found this restaurant walking through town and found it to be an enjoyable and reliable place for a good meal. The restaurant has outdoor seating and so it is a good place to relax and enjoy the city of Kaysersberg. We ate here on three occasions twice for lunch and once for dinner. I had the „plat de jour“ both days for lunch. The first day I enjoyed seared tuna on a bed of mixed greens and vegetables. The second day I enjoyed a salad of mixed greens, heirloom tomatoes, ham and buffalo mozzarella. Both dishes were excellent. The tuna was amazing with the salad being served with two large pan seared pie...

We ate at this restaurant three times. It’s set on a sheltered corner and great for people watching. We were allowed to sample different wines before making a decision. The beers were also good. The service was very very friendly and the staff multilingual. We were made to feel at home without being rushed. Each appetizer, entree and dessert was beautifully presented, made with fresh ingredients and tasted delicious. They were very warm and welcoming. Many thanx to Frederiaue for her friendliness!

The burgers were good but not outstanding. There was no salade at the side, this can be ordered seperately. The frites maison were tastefull. The staff was very nice and supportive when ordering in a different language then French. They also let you enjoy the meal without interrupting.

Very pleasantly situated with a choice of shady tables. The service was really friendly and relaxed. The food was fantastic we had the Supreme De Poulet and the Rognon de Veau (veal kidneys), both with Spaetzle so tasty! We would return and probably order the same dishes. Recommended.
