hand made noodles on the spot. very fresh noodle varieties with good texture paired with different soups or dry mix. the noodles are difficult to share though cuz it's actually one very long noodle in a bowl. a little strange but makes for a great dish when celebrating birthdays... longevity noodles. the apps are my favorite, good quantities and good flavors.this was my second time here and my sisters and I shared the beef tendon, seaweed salad and crispy tofu this time. definitely happier with the choices this time around. my other sister polished off the bowl of spicy beef noodle herself and was very happy with it.
Amazing food and service. This is a take out review. It was my first time coming here, but wow I will be coming back. At the restaurant , you get to pick to style of noodle preparation you want as well as the size/type of noodle. All the noodles are made fresh! The dry mixed noodle was medium spicy and the flavor was robust and made you wanting more. Additionally, both dishes we ordered were large enough to be shared and we still have leftovers! Can't wait to try more of the different types and styles of noodles.
Definitely the best noodle shop I have ever been to probably the best soup I have ever had it was very sad when I had the last bite of noodle . I highly recommend this place . Very friendly staff all I can say is wow just returned tonight never thought everything could be as good as it was the first time we dined here .
Stay away from the wings, 6 for $11.99. I tried 2 flavors and couldn't tell the difference. Plus overcooked so meat was minimal. My favorite is beef dry noodles but this time they were less beef tasting and red they're usually brown. Anyways I'll be back to get my usual.Parking: Fewer spots because of construction.

Spicy Beef Noole The soup taste like spice powder mixed in hot water. Did they not stir fry all the spices and ingredients in high heat before mixing in the water? How come the soup taste like hot water with chili oil?
The beef noodles are light and refreshing. The restaurant is clean and has no unpleasant odors, unlike many typical Chinese restaurants. I will definitely come back!
This is an excellent place for Lan Zhou noodles. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. It tastes just like authentic Lan Zhou noodles.
