I understand that you might be busy and short-staffed, but that's not my concern as a customer. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. They didn't have the shrimp cocktail I wanted, so I had to settle for fajitas, but then they ran out of flour tortillas. When my meal arrived, I didn't even receive any corn tortillas. The beef was excessively salty, and it was noticeable that I didn’t touch my meal at all, yet no one seemed to care.
they do not complain when they have a hurry and they are understated. it's not my problem. also eating was terrible. you didn't have the shrimp cocktail I wanted, and I was forced to have the fajitas, but then you didn't have flour tortillas and when that came, I didn't even get mais tortillas. the bark was too salty and no one even noticed when I had eaten none of the food.
We came here during our Christmas vacation in Lake Tahoe. It was on Wed night and it was not crowded. Our waiter was very good to take care us even though he was very busy. If you want to have a place to sit and enjoy comfort food, I think you could pick this place. Nothing is fancy. The price is very reasonable.
The food is delicious at Latin Soul but the service seems to be always slow. I think they're always under staffed and the waitress's could be a little more friendly with a smile would really help to make your dining experience great. Book a table now
This restaurant used to be much better before they recently changed their menu. The food and service were disappointing; two servers came over to assist us, but they seemed too inexperienced to take our drink orders.
We have never had anything off the menu we didn't like. It's all amazing. We went for their Latin twist on Thanksgiving. The turkey might have been the best I've ever eaten.
It is a good Mexican food meal. It is in Lakeside Inn casino on the bottom level. They were very nice and I thought the menu was good. We were there for lunch.
Service was very good and the food was outstanding. I really look forward to my next meal at the Latin Soul Book a table now
Good Watermelon Salad. The chips and salsa are good. I also like their occasional Posole Soup.
