The restaurant has a trendy vibe and is impeccably clean. The owner, Vikram, is extremely friendly. While most patrons were enjoying drinks at the bar, he kindly fulfilled my request for hot green tea. We opted for the buffet style, and I sampled a variety of dishes. I’m glad I did because the butter chicken was particularly delicious. Everything was flavorful without being overly spicy. It was just the right balance, which demonstrates that the chef is attentive to creating the perfect flavor profile without overwhelming the palate. I definitely plan to return.
