We had a very good time. The setting is warm as service. The really surprising dessert, a chocolate cake accompanied by a chocolate ice cream and espelette pepper, whipped with truffle, an explosion of well balanced flavors. Thanks to the whole team.
Nice discovery this noon. Just EXELENT!. A beef rib of 2 kg cooked as requested. With an unsurprising rate because everything is clear. We were three adults and a child had a treat. Nice recommendation from the Gués Rivière was pujols.
