(and thank you, the orchid is wonderful ah so small bmol when mme: the caracces but the hotel is for nothing! the streets of the village are like they are!! and this adds to the charm of the weekend! (width limit in point of the access. some sporting a little broad or 4x4 could get cold sweats .... think to check when mme auprs de l'htel !
with my companion we enjoyed a cocktail on the terrace and we fell under the charm of the place. an idyllic and very romantic setting. we then returned to the taste of the restaurant's kitchen in the evening. Nothing to say! a cuisine rich in flavors, beautiful original dishes, one of my most beautiful culinary discoveries! on the service side, we have the position of a great address, while maintaining the human side of the service that is very pleasant. to talk about the rates, see the level of service and the plates we stay on a budget more than reasonable. Beautiful! At any level: The restaurant is fabulous, as preserved from the passing streets you will descend a stone staircase before discovering the sumptuous terrace in the authentic setting of the ramparts. You can sip a homemade lavender spritz and taste exceptional dishes for a perfect quality ratio. The staff is welcoming and attentive, a special mention for the hotel manager who has made us discover the cellar and the lounges of this relay and castles in detail. Thanks for the good time.
well but can do better like the teacher!! for a castle relay it will have to improve a lot of things to get to level. The meal was excellent but it can still be improved. service bases as well as if servers are young and new. having a towel to eat is a minimum. the wine list remains minimalist. but I'm sure you're gonna get up to power.

A pleasant stay in the hotel Le Saint Paul, very well located in the heart of the village of Saint Paul de Vence. The staff is pleasant and with little care. However the services are not at the level of a 5 star castle relay, the price is also too high for the proposed service.
The restaurant is really good with excellent service. The dishes are very well presented and their sweet fruit in dessert are amazing!
