We spent a weekend with my wife.We stayed at the White Queen's hospital in a flat-rate formula, which allowed us to discover the restaurant "the thibaut IV". A sparkling welcome worthy of the region, impeccable service. Refined dishes, asking for a touch of bubbles to accompany them, which we have done of course. The all presented with originality.If you have to lose your virtue to virtues as well find it at thibault iv around a good table.
a disappointing charm that ultimately is not. tranquility deserves and Mr. Lepissier knows, and knows how to do it. It is not a relay or castle, it is life. Sleep in the white queen, take the terrace to melt on the map. Armagnacs are not old prices, and a beautiful champagne card will give you the idea of virtues without chichi. the kitchen will become yours if you come, miracles are those of the customers who ask, honestly. We were the only people in the restaurant for most of the evening and yet all the protocols were observed. The Maitre'd took all the orders and the waiter did all the legwork. The food was fine and the evening was a good one.
Spacious, quiet and very welcoming team, they are really at the smallest care. The kitchen is good, the choice of the map is, it is true a little limited, but the dishes are of quality.
