We went to Le Clarence for my wife's birthday lunch and it was an outstanding experience. Each course consists of multiple smaller dishes, which allows you to taste a wide range of flavours. Not every dish was on a consitently outstanding level, but those that were more than made up for it. We especially loved the seafood and dessert courses, which were better than some 3 star restaurants we tried. The service was flawless. My wife enjoyed taking pictures in the grand salon. We highly recommend Le Clarence to anyone.
it was the most amazing culinary experience! from the moment they are in the restaurant, they are in the sky. the aromen, held on suprising, the wein, who was perfectly tuned and the beautiful interieur.
