Additionally, when our administrator went to pick up the order, he encountered rude and unacceptable behavior from the staff. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, especially for paying customers who have chosen Ledo Pizza for their dining needs. Given the significant amount we spent and the lack of basic courtesy during pickup, we have decided not to order from this location again.
We believe that customer service and satisfaction should be a top priority, and unfortunately, our experience has deterred us from returning. The pizza is nowhere near as good as it was a few years ago. It lacks any Italian seasoning. The meatball sub I ordered had little to no Italian flavor; it simply tasted like reheated frozen meatballs drowning in too much sauce, and it didn't come with the cheese I requested, all served on a small, soggy sub roll. The changes to the interior design are quite disappointing; it doesn't resemble a pizza place at all and feels very uninviting. There's no space to sit and wait for your food, and the prices are outrageous. I ended up paying $35 for a small pizza, garlic fries, and a meatball sub.
Order 2 pizza with extra cheese on both and another topping on each and they put absolutely no cheese on a large portion of each pizza. Pizza also has toppings that were not even ordered on parts of it. Just sloppy. Pineapple on an extra cheese and onion pizza. Pizza was cooked regular and even the sauce burned because no cheese was on pizzas. The top was hard dried burned sauce and the bottom soft. WOW, We order pizza often and this was a big Christmas Eve letdown for my family. Never again.

The restaurant feels quite outdated. While the pizza was fresh and hot, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from that location again. The staff gave me an unsettling vibe, almost as if they lived there. Additionally, there was a lockbox for the real estate agent on the door, and the walls were dirty. The woman who assisted me had to fill out a book every time she made a sale, which made me feel uneasy. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience.
