This restaurant has a lot of areas that need improvement, from staffing to customer service. My pizza was made incorrectly twice and I ended up leaving with a pizza that was practically burnt. The cashier was visibly frustrated and had a negative attitude the whole time, even punching walls out of anger. He claimed the cook was rushing, leading to mistakes on all the orders. Overall, the experience was absolutely terrible. Service was rated 0 out of 10, with a takeout meal for dinner costing $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1.
A nice small place to wait to pick up orders made in advance. I ordered pizza and loved it so much that I keep going back for more Staff is friendly especially Grandma D (I nick named her) who always greeted me with a smile .. like my real grandma. usually a good experience, but this time not so much. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub and what I received was a slotted grilled sub. I should've left before I left, but I've never had this problem before. I called, but of course I didn't answer, so I just took it as a loss. that is the reason for the 3-star evaluation. It's usually good to eat.
The crust was advertised as flaky but instead, it was chewy as if it had been microwaved. The service was for take-out and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was $10-20. I have been coming to this Ledo's location for many years. The pizza is consistently delicious and the service is always on point. I usually get takeout for dinner and I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience with a fantastic atmosphere.
