What an unexpected gem! The desserts looked tempting, but I had just had some candy on the way there to meet a friend for tea. This place also serves up gorditas M-H and have birria nachos on Fridays. I had a ginger berry tea which was delicious! But I’m fixin’ to come back here and try each dessert, starting with those tres leches cupcakes!We sat outside on a sunny day on tables near the yard. I’m so pleased I discovered this place! I really enjoy lemonade, but it’s hard to find cafes that make it in-house or do so without overloading it with sugar. Here, you can get delicious lemonade that strikes the perfect balance—not too sweet, but still very flavorful! They also offer homemade pastries; I’ve only tried the vanilla tres leches cupcake so far, and it was fantastic. I definitely recommend visiting if you’re in the Richmond/San Pablo area!
This place is absolutely amazing! Located inside a community center, they offer some of the best food and desserts around. The concha was delightful, and the gordita was simply to die for. It was incredibly soft, savory, and just the right amount of spicy—perfect for only $3.50! They also have great Latinx-inspired coffee drinks, though they were a bit too sweet for my preference. been to Lemon Gals a few times and have not been disappointed. They have a bit of everything from food to dessert to coffee. I just had the dulce con leche coffee and let me tell you that was one of the best coffee I have had. I also try the tres leche cupcakes and it was so yummy! If you in the San Pablo you need to stop and pay them a visit you won't be disappointed.
We were looking to pick up some cupcakes for a birthday celebration, and Lemon Gals exceeded our expectations! The Oreo cupcakes were delicious, and the strawberry dessert was incredible. This place is located inside the San Pablo Community Center. They have hot and cold drinks many of them containing lemon as well as pastries. They also have Mexican lunches of one or two selections several times a week. Food is for carry out. The drinks are innovative and tasty.
